A good way

The Chairman said that the folk dishes enjoyed by our people should be explored more at each province in order to develop them in our own way. He explained in details the way to further encourage the dishes as followed: to find out people well versed in folk dishes to make them; to organize food shows to discuss what were the good in them, what and how much ingredients were needed, how to make them and so on; to record all of them on a book.
The officials were filled with remorse, for they had not got any idea of such a good way.
Thanks to the benevolent measures of the Chairman who was deeply concerned with the development of folk food, the well-known and newly found excellent Korean dishes could be compiled and published in books, afterwards, which made a great contribution to the improvement of our people’s food culture.
