A research group of the Pharmaceutical Institute under the Academy of Medical Sciences of the DPRK has developed a new Koryo medicine production technology. The researchers succeeded in their study to produce extracts of Samhyang and Bezoar Chongsim Pills, well known to the Korean people. It will serve as a foundation for producing efficient Koryo medicines in larger quantities with less raw materials.
