The Sambang
Mineral Water is two kilometres south of Sambang-ri, Sepho County, Kangwon
Province in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
The water
gushes out at three spots and the ingredients are similar.
Mineral
substances amount to 1-1.5g/L in total, free carbon dioxide 1.7-3.3g/L, ferric
ion 25mg/L and radon 135Bq.
It is a carbonic acid-silica spring (bicarbonate-calcium-sodium) containing
radon with subacidity and free carbon dioxide.
