Kind Companion

The Korea Association of Persons with Hearing and Speaking Impairments has developed the program Korean Sign Language Dictionary 1.0, which can be uploaded to both computers and smart phones.

The dictionary has more entries than the previous ones and shows the meanings of the words through video, so it serves as a kind companion of persons with hearing impairment and others who are desirous of learning sign language.
