By Intensifying Teaching and Administrative Work System
The teaching staff of the Vocational Training School for Persons with Disabilities are participating faithfully in teaching and administrative work, including preparations for and execution of lectures and improvement of qualifications, in order to acquire noble traits as educators and skillful teaching ability.
Its headmaster and members of the instruction department inspect lectures more than once a week to learn about the teachers` preparations for and execution of lectures and correctly assess their teaching ability.
They also makes exacting demands on all teachers to work out scientific theory and plans for improving their qualifications on majors in keeping with the trend of developing modern education and the pedagogical requirements and carry them out in a thoroughgoing way.
Thanks to their strenuous efforts to train talents who would shoulder the building of a powerful socialist country, the students are making big progress in their study.
