Automatic screening for sign language subtitles introduced
The Economic and Cultural Centre for the Deaf and Blind introduced the automatic screening for sign language announcers. With this introduction, the deaf people can shoot by themselves on the sign language subtitle scenes to the tune and tempo of sound.
