Success in Rehabilitation of Children with Disabilities
The Korea Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Disability is maximizing the recovery rate of children with disabilities by combining treatment with education in an effective way according to the correct goals for rehabilitation.
Based on correct analysis and diagnosis of each child`s degree of impairment, its medical workers made stage-by-stage plans for rehabilitation and applied various methods, including occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy, sensory therapy, psychotherapy, and training of coordinated action. In addition, they keep updating the indices and standards for scientific evaluation of their rehabilitation.
