An Official with Disability Realizes His Dream

Kwon Jin Su, director of the Phyongsong Jangwon IT Company under the Central Committee of the Korea Federation for the Protection of the Persons with Disabilities, is a man with disability caused by congenital disease.

He cannot move an inch without the help of a wheelchair or others.

Thanks to the policy of the Workers` Party of Korea on ensuring the rights of persons with disabilities, he finished the course of distance education as he wished and has grown up into an official in charge of a unit.

With a mind to repay the benevolence of the socialist system, he has donated to the Vocational Training School for Persons with Disabilities many educational facilities, equipment, materials and research findings associated with his decades-long painstaking efforts for working out teaching programmes. He also visited the school several times to give lectures on the assembling and repairing of electronic devices.
