Korean Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Disability Opened

Since its establishment, the Korean Art Association of the Disabled (KAAD) has made strenuous efforts to ensure that the persons with disabilities take part in cultural activities equally with normal persons so as to develop their talents and live optimistically. In particular, the association is paying special attention to promoting the amateur art activities of special schools in a bid to train the disabled persons gifted with high artistic attainments. With a plan to give colourful art performances on the occasion of the International Day of the Persons with Disabilities, it works hard to create colourful works of art, including vocal and instrumental music, dance and magic art.
