Inaugurated on December 7, Juche 108 (2019), it is a comprehensive hot spring treatment centre and a multifunctional sporting and cultural complex.
Covering an area of over 1 660 000 square metres, it consists of indoor spa baths, outdoor spa baths, hotels and other medical treatment areas and sanatoriums, skiing area, riding park, public amenities and a thousand and hundreds of low- and multi-storeyed dwelling houses.
