The Rungna People’s Pleasure Ground was built in July 2012 in the picturesque Rungna Island on the Taedong River.

It is composed of Rungna Water Park, Rungna Dolphinarium, Rungna Amusement Park and minigolf course.

Rungna Water Park is furnished with four-course water slides, shower baths, diving tower, wading pools and courts for basketball, volleyball and beach volleyball.

Rungna Dolphinarium, which incorporates formative and artistic beauty of architecture, is a base of cultural and leisure activities of the people. It has pools for acrobatic performance of dolphins and other auxiliary purposes, and various facilities for the dissemination of knowledge about sea animals and welfare service.

Rungna Amusement Park equipped with recreational and service facilities and minigolf course going well with the scenery of Rungna Island are also frequented by the people, students and schoolchildren.
