A military parade in celebration of the 75th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea was held at Kim Il Sung Square at 00:00 on October 10 in the presence of Kim Jong Un, Chairman of the Workers’ Party of Korea, Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and Supreme Commander of the armed forces of the DPRK.

The columns of the armed forces of the DPRK, which have developed into the elite revolutionary army under the leadership of the great WPK, marched past in fine array. There was a flight parade in the sky above the square, displaying the invincible might of the Juche-based air force.

The columns of mechanized units, artillery pieces and rockets were driven past the square, showing off the military potentials of the country.
